We collaborated with Arushi NGO for 2 enriching sessions, engaged with students at Helen Keller Blind School, Indore through 2 empowering workshops, and held a session at Rosy Public School, Bina.
We also reached the community in Khurai with one dedicated session and introduced Yoga for Kids in Indore, creating a joyful and mindful experience for young minds. Each session reflected our commitment to holistic development and meaningful engagement.

Arushi Run
The Arushi Run in Bhopal was a powerful testament to inclusion, resilience, and the universal spirit of fitness. Organized in collaboration with Arushi, which works with individuals with disabilities, each participant was paired with a member of The Run Age for a 1 km run, finishing the distance together.
With the inspiring presence of Bhopal’s Mayor, Smt. Malti Rai, and the support of MP Police, the event brought a wave of encouragement to the Arushi community. For many, it was their first step into fitness—not just for survival, but for strength, joy, and a fuller, healthier life. Everyone is an athlete.

Program for KIDS
Fitness session for blind schools
At Helen Keller Blind School in Indore, our special fitness sessions were designed to help every child experience the joy and simplicity of movement. These inclusive sessions focused on making fitness accessible, fun, and empowering—regardless of visual ability. Through guided exercises and encouraging words, the children discovered that staying active doesn’t require perfection, just participation.
The energy, laughter, and enthusiasm in the room were proof that fitness belongs to everyone. This initiative aimed to plant the seed of lifelong wellness, showing that movement is not only possible, but essential—for confidence, strength, and a sense of independence.

Regular sessions for kids
We have been consistently conducting regular sessions across multiple schools and Anganwadi centers with a clear mission—to reach children from underserved communities and inspire them with the power of movement and fitness. These sessions are designed not just to teach exercises, but to break the myth that fitness is a privilege of the elite.
By making wellness simple, fun, and accessible, we aim to influence young minds early and show them that it’s not fancy gyms or gear that define fitness—it’s their willpower, consistency, and belief in themselves. Every child, regardless of background, deserves the right to a healthy, active life.
500+ Participants
At multiple areas, with the help of Government, we tool programs to influence the younger generation.
