A Self-Sustaining Health Movement

This initiative isn’t just about one-time fitness sessions — it’s about building a self-sustaining health movement at the grassroots.
Each Anganwadi worker trained under the program will act as a wellness ambassador, carrying the knowledge forward to:

– Train other community members — including mothers, adolescents, and local women’s groups
– Conduct daily sessions for children, shaping lifelong fitness habits early
-Empower entire villages to adopt preventive healthcare practices through consistent and visible routines

The multiplier effect of each trained Anganwadi worker ensures that the benefits of the program extend far beyond the walls of the center — spreading fitness, awareness, and positivity into homes, families, and communities.

What’s Included in the Program?

We want to positivity impact the lives of 2 million women and children across Madhya Pradesh by integrating daily yoga and fitness into the heart of every Anganwadi—promoting preventive healthcare, community empowerment, and a lifelong culture of wellness.

Pre-Session Health Checkups

We begin by conducting baseline health assessments for Anganwadi workers, women, and children.
These include:

BMI (Body Mass Index)
Blood Pressure
Anemia levels
Energy levels, fatigue, and joint pain reporting

This gives us a clear health snapshot before the sessions begin, setting the stage for measurable outcomes.

Community Formation for Multiplier Effect

As the sessions progress, we focus on community building.


Anganwadi workers take ownership of their role as local health champions, learning how to guide others in their centers and neighborhoods.


This ensures that each trained worker multiplies the impact, with the goal of reaching and empowering 2 million grassroots health leaders across Madhya Pradesh.
